The reason why everyone bombs nowadays...(especially me)
I bomb a lot, its really fun in rookie, always a perfect in stride connection between julio and darnold...
If I see any starting CB or S with less than 118 speed, it's bombs away. If all are above, then it's my old school, methodical drives.

Scouting and looking at opponent's teams has always been a valid strategy. Exploiting mismatches that your opponent has left wide open has always been a valid strategy. Chucking it up is reliable, fast, and frankly your receivers have a lower chance of dropping those slightly contested 80-yard passes than 5-yard wide-open bullet passes. In a game like that, who wouldn't chuck it up??? Well, the answer is anyone who thinks it's not fun to do so, which is absolutely not wrong. But practically? Hell yeah I'm gonna use the players I paid coins for and that anyone else could pay coins for, and i'm gonna laugh at people who try and chuck it up against my defense which again anyone could also pay coins to build.

that is just sick. i run into the exact same thing. i get countered and shut down. meanwhile my opponents are always seeming to beat the counters. what gives?!?!

You still have to read the defense to bomb it deep or it is a luck show.

I agree this is beyond ridicules, and this is without taking the Ghost Counters into account when you get sacked on the snap without even the counter being triggered...
I dont really bomb (except on 4th and long ) so for me the most satisfying moment is when I beat a guy throwing bombs even when he scored one play touchdowns on all 3 drives but messed up on 2pt conversions.
