Cant get into tournament?

No. Didnt even get to start my draft. No draft promo rewards for me I guess
unfortunately you will not be able to participate in this tournament. i do had the same problem on the easter tournament where we could picked 2 rewards from each tier. i contacted ea about that problem and they replied with like " we know about this problem but don't have a fix yet" something like this. im sorry that i don't have any good news in this case
I dont think I drafted yet but when I try to get it it says unknown error. I have tried like 5 times. I restarted the app and everything but no. Anyone else getting the same problem?
