MOSS NEEDS TO BE FIXED
Has this been fixed yet? I can almost buy him now this would make me sad if still true

everyone will be happy when he maxes at out at 123 OVR instead of 121.

Maybe some of the draft players will have a plus one overall as the Easter hero did.

I can get over not training +5 OVRs and even the stats are a bit unusual but when training 1 level literally doesn't affect a single stat, that's a problem.
The reason I didn't understand you guys is because I don't see it as overalls. I see it as level 1 level 2 level 3. Overall in itself is different because sometimes when you train levels on the 90 overalls to get them up or any of the other ones it doesn't always boost an overall but it changes the level of a player.
Oh I just hit me what the problem is. It's training 5 levels not training 5 overalls. This is classic EA wording

again..not asking for 130...he literally does not improve from level 4 to level 5 of training. he does not have 120 at STR, ELU, AWR, etc...and

He's supposed to be able to level up 5 levels, but instead he only levels up 3. Below are his boosted values when maxed. Why is his STR not leveled up EA???? This needs to be fixed.
