So I might be tripping, but...
It could be possible with the some additional boosters. Found this guy on a team that had many Neutralizers so he could boost even higher with different Offensive personnel.

I could have sworn I saw an UL Jason Taylor a few days ago with 121 STR. I lament not taking a screenshot because I can't find it anymore (I think it was a member of a top league although I have no idea which). Has anyone else seen this or was it some kind of realistic dream that I made up?
