Looking for suggestions, experiences, or just speculation here.
I run spread, but since there's so few good spread o lineman I made my two scheme flex players my o-lineman (think I'm running 2 SM HW OT's). Honestly, though, I've been thinking about making the change to WC... I'm getting sick of Kamara, but I don't like many of the spread pass plays, so I don't want to upgrade Wilson or Ertz.
I like the allure of Gonzalez as my captain, but have actually not played with him yet.
So I suppose my question is two parts:
1) How much did it cost (or do you estimate it would cost) to switch schemes and keep about the same level team OVR (Currently at 93 Offense)
2) Is it worth it? If yes, any suggestions on the best route to tackle this?
