I’ve read the company line. i get it. i don’t even feel like it’s unreasonable (once you’re in HoF, as I am). However, i’m tryna grind back into the top 10K, andvi’m payig attention to the fam counts with each game.
Just won a game against an opponent whose power was 25 behind mine (so, no bonus) and he was ranked 1500 ahead of me (he was like, 13500 to my 14900). seems like a pretty “equal” opponent (props to matchmaking). I won 3900 fans.
next game i play someone whose power is about 150 less than mine (I gained +1 OVR), and tanked about 12K behind me. seems like a clear ELO situation, where i’s be favored and thus, risk a bigger loss of fans and a smaller gain. i won 4600 fans 🤔🤔🤔
is this just because ELO still needs more data, or what??
