Season mode. Super Bowl doesn’t unlock
Well I was expecting to wake up to play the SB event for my free elite after a week of waiting. To my disappointment the event is not unlocked like they said it would.
Until seeing this post I tried replaying playoff games multiple times hoping it would unlock wtf guys!

With the holiday weekend, my guess is the earliest we get a fix is Tuesday or Wednesday, if at all.
Completed everything last night and ran into the same issue. Last event won’t unlock. It’s beyond frustrating when you spend that much time on something and you can’t get the final reward. A fix needs to happen soon.

I would request you to wait for some time till this gets fixed though I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is being addressed on priority. Studio are aware of that issue and are working on it, but there is no time frame for a fix yet.

I just played the last chain in the 65 Overalls and the Super Bowl event also didnt lock for me. I played the Cowboys event back when the timer was changed. It was one of the first events I played.
This thread needs to stay on the main page until its fixed. I think everyone should hit up their twitter also until its fixed.
Its hard to take when its 10-12 hours of gameplay for this reward.
Make sure you report it to ea support. I called yesterday and reported it and he said he'd forward it to development. He also said make sure everyone I See having the problem reports it as well so we can either get it fixed or they can give us the content we should've recieved. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REPORT.
I can confirm it is NOT because of the cowboys event. I played that one for sure. When I go through the available events the only one not completed is the SB. It just didn't unlock.
Bumping to get clarification or explanation from somebody from EA...was this intentional? 🤷🏼♂️
