Does the new SB Nick Foles have the "Throw out of Bounds" attribute/Glitch?

You can easily find a comparable QB but there is no too great WR with that height. No reason to take the QB version for me.

I saw him on AH for 1 million and I couldn't resist. From what I've seen so far, he plays like an absolute BEAST. No OOB throws yet!
I'll test him more as soon as I have a chance.

HEs going to. No doubt. That will be EAs new counter to reducing drops. Amazing how they can introduce negative gp stuff (drops, fumbles, etc) during the season but can’t take them out or reduce them, per Mark Price. Personally, I think Mark Price is either a liar or doesn’t know. As having a lot of programming and coding experience, its not hard to change.
Could someone please try him out and see if he if he has this issue?
