Game Crashing = Missing SB Legend Collectibles
I had 8 SB Legend Collectible packs saved and decided to open them yesterday. I didn't realize that you get a choice. I clicked on Willie Brown and the game crashed. Thinking it was the internet, I opened the game again and clicked Brown again, only to have the game crash again. When I logged back in, the two packs I opened were no longer in my unclaimed items but I have no Brown collectibles on my bench from opening the two collectible packs.
I called EA and they were able to see that I had claimed the packs, but they have not shown up on my bench yet. According to EA, it could take a while for the server to sync with my account. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled the game with no luck. If I am unable to open my collectible packs and receive the rewards, then I will not be getting Brown.
Any advice?
