Fix for Pro Bowl packs is in....kind of....
I'm not spending anymore money on this game I've spent hundreds of dollars buying madden cash to build my team and I keep getting ripped off when they offer anything free to the community it always seems to miss me :/
U think I would have gotten them by now if I was going to at all is kinda what ur saying? Bummer :(

Sadly it doesn't look like your gonna get them now. Very weird glitch and not your fault.
I haven't received the 1st 3 packs when we reached 1m and 2m and I have made 3 claims and every time they call me they tell me same thing as is aware of this issue and give it another day but I've been waiting since Monday to recieve these packs that everyone else seems to get the next day or later that day :(
I got 4 packs from EA randomly. I got the 1 million reward pack and one 2 million reward pack for a total of 6 packs
On my main account I originally received one for the 1M milestone and one for the 2M milestone. I just got four additional packs. On my alt I didn't receive any for the milestones but just received the two packs.
I force Closed the app and restarted. My two free packs were there upon reload. For both my main and my alt.

Still nothing on both of mine. Probably still stuck in the same phantom zone with both of my Cushings...
EDIT: Well, they just arrived on both. Weird that they weren't distributed all at once.
So all accounts look like they are getting +2 Pro Bowl Packs, whether or not they got earlier packs or not.
Seems as though they are taking a while to roll out.
