One was with Justin Tucker (during league survival). The other Two were with Rising Star Jake Elliot 90 KIP, 85 KIA
I remember getting this for the first time in November/December, but it's possible that they've increased the rate of it happening since then.
Out of interest, who are you kicking with? More particularly, what is their KIA and KIP? Wonder if it makes a difference ...

Update Update 2/3 again! Somehow I managed to hit it for a third time. Picture on post #16.
I finally hit the elusive, 50 point, perfect field goal while doing the Pro Bowl Event today.
Someone was asking for screen shots of a 50 the other day but I couldn't manage to find the thread using the search feature.
So here it is!
Hit it again this morning during league survival!
