Absolutely not dude. It will take you forever to get him. Look at PO Cam Newton. 92 spd, 90 thp, 94 ta short, 93 ta mid, 90 ta deep.
Since Cunningham is untrained sell him. Then you can find a decent QB for what you sell him for.
If speed is what you are worried about, PB Wilson at 92 OVR (his base) has 90 speed, 93 acceleration, 95 throw accuracy short, 93 throw accuracy mid, and 90 throw accuracy deep. Not bad for a card you can get under 143k, and falling quickly!
My main criteria for qb at the moment is SPD similar to OVR. I've been using untrained legend Cunningham and Want someone I can train more easily. Would building Wentz be a good solution?
