Where is the set to convert FF badges into blank badge?

Gotta built a FF before you can open that event. Blitz event is where it’s at for me. Get a ton of promo players and was able to build 6 80+ promo players yesterday. Pulled mainly 84’s though like promo Barkley. Made about 3 mill yesterday
I know everyone is doing the top blitz trying to get one of the rare pulls, but I have been doing the bottom blitz and have been making around 500K+ coins from it each day so I thought I would share since this is the last day.
On average, I have been pulling 4 FF Badges per play. I then convert those to blank badges and sell. Usually I end up with around 100 blank badges per day. I know there's no chance of a big pull like with the top blitz, but 500K+ coins a day for 5 minutes of work isn't bad.
