KO Promo
Just watched the stream, looks pretty underwhelming but we'll see. Maybe can grab 1 of the masters, but when Nick basically said no chance on Mahomes unless you're spending money, why even grind or waste resources? I bought the Field Pass, and it was a good value sure...but I'm probably done spending until Thanksgiving/Christmas. Tired of using all of my gems for promo stamina, and honestly tired of promo stamina being the only thing "worth" spending gems on. The lack of decent coin packs is an absolute joke.
Master Series, I'll upgrade my Lamar, but the other two being 84 OVR again, not worth it. They won't make my roster, or at least wouldn't without being trained to the max. Evo being expensive makes a lot of the MS players a bad investment.
New Yard, cool. . But we're still only getting 5 stamina a day? Just, bleh. Spend less time on the boring and pointless story, more time on making new and creative events we can grind if we choose.
Draft tournaments...save us.
I just have a feeling we are going to have to play the MS to upgrade Lamar to 87. Be it new shades or whatever. The evo on Ramsey and Julio were nothing compared to the training needed for other programs. I hope that continues. Draft tourney is definitely the big hmmmmm for me. Biggest drop in MM history and all right. I’m not seeing that much with kickoff numbers wise, so yeah...save us indeed.
They are trying to get people to spend money, but it's doing the exact opposite for me. The stamina thing is making it easier and easier to find something else to do. I'd love to see the numbers so far, players (not downloads) and income. The real numbers.
I have said it before and I’ll say it again, Nick not coming on here is a ridiculous notion. Reddit is a cesspool of people who bash EA way harder than anyone here ever has (and with more obscenities too). As far as Discord goes, well it took a lot steam out of this forum and that’s a shame given all the hard work Rockets put into creating it.
Isn’t the discord pretty much run by the same people who run this site? What if they all pulled out of discord unless Nick comes back here. Let Nick run the discord himself, then he’ll come running back.
It was timing. It wasn't all Discord. The move to this format killed some of the good parts of MH and then it was hit with another punch when Discord was released.
This forum can rise again, but it needs to evolve. It is too textual first of all. It needs lead contributors and not just moderators. That was one of the great things about this forum was the lead contributors. Those lines have been blurred. You can't really do that in a medium like discord really. Their idea of lead contributors are youtubers. The search function has to return as well. I could go on, but I am not sure anyone would listen.
I’m listening...discord is what it is, but it’s style of communication is akin to people commenting on say a Facebook live thing. It’s soooo quick that everyone overlaps and you can’t give or get advice The second you ask or answer a question it’s overlapped and forgotten. Agreed that MH can be too textual, but a happy medium should be possible.

Second of all. The whole Nick doesn't come on here anymore is a cop out. I have seen what is said on discord and reddit and he still goes there. There is more to it than what a VERY SMALL minority who can't be civil.

The worst part is that even if you want to "purchase" stamina there is a limit of 2 on it before it is just a straight rip off.
I do agree that there should be a way to essentially convert regular stamina to promo stamina. Because at this point, I have an insane surplus of regular stamina and nothing all that interesting to do with it. But I could certainly use promo stamina.
So...play the event 4 times and wait 10 hours to play again...sweet promo EA!!!!! Getting so sick of this program stamina bs.
Nick, here's a feedback. Make the promos similar to last year, where you can get gold players using regular stamina and play events using program stamina which we could expand by completing sets.
Seriously, your superiors / devs take everything that's good away from this game.
