Any news on this bench issue?

The way it stands now, there's gonna be a lot of players whose presents won't even open because their entire bench is taken up by ornaments, tinsel, and lights.

How could EA make such a colossal mistake with the biggest promo of the year?

Any chance there's a fix coming before Friday morning?

It's sad it's come to this. On a positive note, i've sold almost all of my Yeti clues.

Just post any extra items on the ah and leave them as messages in your inbox.

Been doing this for the last few years as well

I have 1200 silver players in FF sets. Put 100 Master Series collectibles in Evo sets. Exchanged 100 yeti clues and every silver player under 64 OVR.....bench@1153/1200......also have over 200 Ravens team badges I can trade in for blanks badge or something.

EA copied and pasted this game from last year. Last year had a recycle set though. To be honest EA doesn’t care about it’s customers and their user experience at all. The best “reward” EA would like to give its customers is one that they can’t even collect. Minimal upgrades in OVR over and over again throughout the year along with multiple same players that can’t be rostered or exchanged and masters series in general speak to this. Calling most of what they give their customers “rewards” when they are so minimal and so insignificant is laughable.

It's a joke. But don't worry, Nick says they're aware of our bench issues! Just ignore the fact that nothing really ever changes

I mean this is just straight up bad business. I'm likely gonna get to the point in building presents where buying a store pack might put me over the edge to be able to build all 5 masterful presents. But Im not gonna pay real money for a pack(s) that the app won't even allow me to open because I don't have any bench space. So EA is probably missing opportunities to make money because of this issue. I get Nick just kind of says "we are working on it" to everything, but this particular issue effects their bottom line. No reason for it.

Every issue affects their bottom line. But nothing is going to change. Until people stop spending money.

I would guess this division is hemorrhaging money. I know they haven't hit earnings forecasts in recent years. People have stopped spending money. Instead of responding by making a game people would want to spend money on, they've just upped the price to ridiculous levels. Look at field passes. They were popular last season. People bought them. I bought them. What do they do? Not up the price but make them a ton less valuable, which is the same as upping the price.
