I got Hill for 1 point something mill last week and now he's going high 2m-3m. All SB players shot up except MJG for good reason. Even Nick Foles was heading down to almost 500k yet this week he's heading back up to almost 2m.
Quote from PhinsUp1307 >> give it a week or two and im sure there will be a lot more of those honor cards on the AH, time to sell now
Maybe. But only if TOTY cards end up with some PWR boosts.

Go do a search for MJG. You will be in for a big shock. You'd be lucky yo get him for 1M and it looks like todays new normal is 1.3-1.5. Did not see that coming.
You are correct. The real question now is what is goign to change the high prcices we are seeing.
During SB, UF prices fell a bit but held well even as SB proceeded as most people decided they could not justify dismantling the overlapping boosts of UF plus all of the TP.
Then EA pulled a huge curveball and dumped the huge PWR boosts into the SB card stack. That made UF (and UF NYE) cards fall in price. But even that did not last. Some of the people that sold UF at the end of SB seem to have had second thoughts about being able to to build a full SB squad - and /or many people coveting a full UF squad finally saw their opportunity. Either way, the UF cards began to recover.
For those without a UF or SB squad, the turmoil hurt the values of the NYE cards and their associated lower tier 90-94 cards. Well, that did not last long. Those cards are now 1M or more (with a rare few belwo that number), at least on the Defensive side of the ball. Lots of people seem to be maximizing Thx and MF boosts as compliments.
Quote from OhCaptain20 >> I sold Long & Leonard. Just plugged in two TOTY players and kept my SB team in tact. Now's the Time to sell if you have some pieces that will fetch high prices.
How did u recoup loss of the power?
Quote from dadadadann >> When the transition from SB to TOTY started last week there were so many cards for sale and many prices dropped. Fast forward to today and now it's pretty barren plus many of the cards have shot back up. (i.e. Chris Long dropped to 3-4m, shot back up to 7-10m)
Is this due to TOTY not being a true upgrade to UF/SB? The boosts from those promos still seem to hold up to the point it looks like ppl are keeping their players and the ones being sold are at premium price points. Is this just my AH or is there truly a decrease in supply, increase in cost right now?
Yeah, since this promo has nothing auctionable. When the pro bowl guys become auctionable maybe that will bring prices down

I just sold my Whitworth PB Smashmouth Tackle for $4.2 million last night. Tried to sell during SB at $2.9 million and he wouldn’t get a nibble. Figured I should dump him before more O-linemen come out. It’s definitely a sellers market atm
Quote from Dean >> Well honors cards are not purchasable except on the AH. Low supply increases cost.
Yes, I expected their prices to be high but what I didn't expect is for a huge drop. (Long 4m, Saquon 1.5, Mahomes OPOY 1.5m etc)
But now all the honors cards have jumped at least 2 mil each & a lot of other cards have jumped in price. PB Whitworth was at 800k BID & back at 3m+

When the company controls the cards and card prices that has been known to happen.
Quote from stag12phd >> All the SB cards were down during the SB event, and the few days after. There is no way to earn/make them anymore, so supply starts to dry up. This is very common after a promo. If anything, the TOTY being all 97s, having all positions, hurts those cards in the long run. But right now, they are stable.
Also, look for cards that are actually selling. I havn't see a lot of these higher priced cards actually being sold.
Chris Long just got a 7.5m bid in my AH

Quote from Tdacpop >> It is because TOTY players are NA for now. So are the pro bowl and super bowl players. So most have their rosters set until these players can be auctioned. When that happens, there will be a major drop in prices. The only new players that can be auctioned are the double boosted TOTY cards. As a result, they are super expensive right now and because of their rarity, will be for a while. One thing I have learned in my years of playing this game is that patience is key. The best players can be yours without breaking the bank if people are just willing to wait. For some of us, myself included, TOTY is a great way to make coins right now.
