TOTY db recommendations
I would 100% recommend Desmond King. He's already got several interceptions for me, including the first LvL game I played after getting him, returning one for a pick six.
I'd personally get a safety. Your other 3 base spots are decent, but base ET3 is severely outdated. Any of the 3 safeties look pretty good, I prefer Byard or Eddie Jackson. You'd gain like 12-14 SPD right off the top. Safeties and MLB's for me are the most impactful defensive players.

I actually like King. He has played well for me. I assume Peterson will have a solid card though as well.
I would say get 98 Ramsey and chill out until there are some better DB released. None of these TOTY DB impress me that much...
Personally, I would say to wait. I don't think there's any standout DB so far.
