Can't play madden mobile. Says "resource download error". It has been like this for 2 days.

I have tried everything, I have restarted my phone multiple times, switched between wifi and hotspot, nothing works. I am signed in as a guest, so I cannot switch to another device or do a factory reset. Can anybody help?
