"Earn Cash" disappeared
The earn cash & core bonuses are only there for my F2P team but not visible for my P2P team. My guess is that it's one of the ways EA uses to keep things competitive between F2P & P2P.

For a while, I could click on that Earn Cash in the bottom left corner and earn MC from completing surveys, but now it's not there anymore. Is it still there for everyone else? I'm wondering if it has to do with the fact that I accidentally deleted the app this weekend and had to reinstall. Anyone know if that would affect this?
