Which play are you running where he has to go up and get it over CBs?

These guys aren't going to be that good unless you stack like 5 of them.
Most his visible stats are 99 with my current setup so I doubt he can get much better. Hes a really good receiver though which gives him an edge over Gore who would not turn around for passes in clutch moments.
I'm going to pick up at least a 3rd one but probably will end up selling most if not all. I still have Conner & Gore currently.
I loved him, BUUUUUT...I couldn't keep him. Sold him. Bought Sherman. The additional +1 to Gurley made DJ useless in reality. So I picked up Conner for the +10 PWR instead. There really is no way to justify keeping DJ in that spot when there is no real upgrade over the other top tier RB's.
If you are only going to pick up 1 or 2 Spotlight players make sure that you get the right position. Since their stats aren't all that great make sure you are actually getting the best twist to your roster.

You could make a good chunk of coins and get a cheaper HB like Conner as a placeholder

Well, you can definitely make some coin off of him...

Gore really is good... may see if I can snag DJ somehow (vert) to try him out, but I also have Conner so Gore would be first to go with only 5 power boost vs 10.

How many items do you have saved up? Are you close to capacity? I had the same thing happen because I only had room for one more item, after i put 20 on auction it let me pick. when I get past capacity on items i just put things on auction for too much and let them sit in my inbox. Have a few hundered there now
I opened the pack and ended up selling for a good chunk of coins. Going to see what tomorrows market is going to look like

Looks good at RB1 to me...
DJ is a definite upgrade over Gurley. Both are tall power hb's and feel different than your shorter hbs. Gore is one of the shorter hbs and with the overall boosts, he is relevant again. That being said, I am using DJ just because he tends to break more tackles and his play is as good as Gore if not better.
I considered picking one up and would like to hear anyone's experience with him so far
