Yea, his dominance in the run stop is crazy. Ppl underestimate his value when they say he didnt deserve TOTY or a Boss card. I'd pick Akiem Hicks here though because Snacks got a TOTY card & he only had a pro bowl undercard.

I'm thinking we get either a HB or WR tomorrow. Would prefer a tall receiver like Mike Evans though.
Hoping for a MLB or Slot Corner CB on defense. I'd also take a speed rusher DE.

If the last couple years weren't so OP then I think Brady would be an easy choice. Since OP speed defenses have been a thing it seems we have needed versatile QBs to still have an edge & as we all know Brady ain't it.

Agreed, Rodgers is also a supreme talent throwing on the run and scrambling but no way is he a max speed stat player, neither is brees, rivers or Big Ben

Give us what we want EA! (a Boss Punter, not fixed gameplay or features that make sense)
And he boosts THA. I'd definitely make that boss.

He has a 98. I'm not a fan of players getting 90-95-98 then potentially a 99 card. Share the love, even though I'm a Brady fan.
by this logic, Mahomes has a 97 and a 93 OVR card. Why not give it to Steve Young or Vick or you name another great QB?
Quote from Dean >> What I think EA will do us HB, WR & TE on offense; while defense will likely be LB, CB & S
this seems very likely.
I think this was done on purpose. They wanted to make teams decide from breaking up a TOTY team to get Boss Snacks or give up a solid Mahomes card for a boss. They didn't want teams running with a TOTY Snacks and another boss DT.
I’ve said for long enough that a community Master for all promo’s is desperately needed. All EA need to do is give us a shortlist of 4 or 5 players and have a poll on it. This helps the community feel involved and would likely lead to a drastic reduction in players complaining about player selection
I think your selections were perfect OP. Brady is the most deserving of a boss of any player in this game, but players just don’t like using him. Gotta give the people what they want!

Quote from VinnyDaChin999 >> I would of liked to see a Wilfork, even though he is retired, or current players would of been Buckner or McCoy. QB, yeah, TB12 should of been the Boss at the very least. At his age he is still doing what he does, regardless if you like him or not.
Still hoping for a Wilfork UL
Hartz/HSD - anyone. Are you reading this?
I get why they made Mahomes the Boss - it's a great segway into MM20 where most legacy teams will have the cover start already on their roster. Even though Brady we all know is the boss.
so far we've only seen two positions so far but since many have gripes about who is & possibly will be selected, I thought it would be fun to say who we would have given these 8 positions.
I'll start with just the 1st two we know for now then as we get the new ones I'll build off that.
QB: Mahomes - I think they picked the right guy for this one. 2018 was his year and he dominated up until the very end. His card also provides flexibility since he has decent speed in real life and an excellent passer. Obvious choice.
DT: Hicks - 1st off I do feel Snacks is an excellent run stopper & his size with 99 everything is hard to beat BUT he had a 97 TOTY card so I feel they should have given this spot to another outstanding DT. Akiem Hicks. Dominate. Had an amazing year. Also has great size for the position. Snacks is still a solid pick in my book but Hicks deserved better than a 94 from Pro Bowl being his peak.
