Gotta second this. There is already a 99 Steelers KR with +1 speed, he won't replace Franco; I get that not everyone has him and this is a good option for anyone not going for an Onyx team, but we're still lacking in PRs in general.

same here. I am not dumping KR Barry but would love to add UL Woodson to my squad. oh well.
I want him on my theme team, but he won’t replace Franco. He could replace AB and less AB on the team is always a good thing.
