-Goss is the guy behind player ratings and selection
Overalls:
--they say its the closest season to MUT (not sure what they mean but in terms of OVR I'm pretty sure we're the furthest from console, however, in terms of individual ratings, we are certainly the closest, personally a big fan of it) our high end will be 85
--schemes aren't tied to archetypes
--SPD is no longer the most important OVR rating factor--i.e john ross can have 99 speed but still be a 65 OVR--(wonder how dynamic ratings will be)
