Overdrive catch up for people who want to try it again with less frustration
This is a rather quick post about overdrive to help those who might want to start trying to play it to get rewards to unlock new coaches and plays for other modes.
Captains: you start of with a captain. This sets your scheme and gives you an overdrive bar (broken into 5 segments) with a timer next to it. The timer is different for different captains. This timer (number next to the bar) is how many seconds it takes for each segment to fill up. So if it you have captain with a 16 next to it, it means it will take 16 seconds for each segment to fill - a total of 80 seconds for the bar to fill all the way up to 5. You can also get a captain bonus for meeting the goals for that captain, so you also want one that has a reasonable goal.
Coaches: It doesnt matter if the coach is out of scheme or not. People primarily choose a coach based on their tactics. Each tactic has diamonds next to it. 1 diamond means it takes 1 bar off the overdrive bar - 4 diamonds means you need 4 segments in your over drive bar to run the tactic. Each defensive tactic has a scoring bonus for you if your opponent fails which is in the upper right hand side of the tactic. It also boosts your defense or give. Offensive tactics can either adjust their defense or give scoring bonuses. Scoring tactics are global (unless that has changed) meaning if you change the scoring to long pass plays to 50% it impacts you too.
