Short Pass Plays OD Flowchart - From a Saquon user
My Short pass flow chart for WC.
Almost a Short pass plays have 1-2 good easy open routes. It's just read the defense. If it's Cover 2 this is open, Cover 3 that is open. Man than the other route is open. It's all easy peasy
This information is golden! I use saquon as my captain because of the bonus and because he is a good runner.

Xpost is what I use when recievers cant get free or have problems catching. Quick pass to slot wr and can normally get a td. Also use scat when needed

This was my first combo with Saquon but the two short pass plays for big gains (Texas/Cowboys Cross Screen) really are enough to push Garrett over Reich IMO.

For people using Saquon as their Captain, I'm sure people already have a script or have a few plays that they like to run. 10 short pass plays is extremely easy even with doing every alternate pressure (10 short pass plays in a row should activate at 1:20 or so depending on the game flow and not being pressured by Runs/Other Passes). While there aren't many 1 play bangers from 40+, it's quite easy to get 20/30 yard TDs on the regular. If anyone is having trouble with what plays to use and when, here is my flowchart, and hopefully someone can help optimize it and come out with a new play or two.
FTR, I use Barkley and Garrett, Garrett gives two cash money short pass plays, Cowboys Cross Screen and Texas, along with five pressures which for Barkley's super slow timer is extremely necessary. I'm actually surprised there aren't many of this combo in the top 100, as I was very close last season with a very inferior team (still in the 75s as of now)
