Being brave enough to ask this crowd for feedback shows some real gumption. I have enjoyed the communication so far. Keep it up. Consistency and timely feedback is what this position has been missing. Being able to take criticism (when it is warranted and professional in it's delivery) is also a big plus and I like the way you have handled that so far.

I think you're easily the best communicator we've had from EA. From what I can recall you've done your best to bring us info and even taken feedback into account to change a few things.

Today, i opened the stream discussing the X-Factor 2 promo and the 4 new Elite players it includes. I then highlighted our newest LTD, Patrick Willis. Finally, i spoke about some of the amazing new promos and events coming into Madden Mobile next week. New LTD Sunday, Bug Fixes, Evolution, New Signature Players and some new content dropping next Friday. I think the fact that you ask us how you're doing shows that you're doing great.  Keep up with the communication and that will be wonderful

I noticed this week that all “randomly scheduled” legend events were the exact same challenge at the exact same times all week long: 1AM / 4AM, pass for 30 yards. 5AM / 8AM, prevent TDs. 1PM / 4PM, Pass for 30 yards to TE.

I greatly appreciate that we have more opportunities to play this program during the week again, but, as I explained to you in an earlier post, honesty, transparency, and trust go a long way here. If event schedules are indeed scheduled, why not just say so?

You have been doing a great job of getting us updates here regularly, and I really appreciate that you keep your tone positive and businesslike. I just don’t understand the conflicting messaging around program schedules for the last few weeks, which gives us pause and concern when interacting with your company and it’s representatives.
