I use him he is awesome takes a second to get used to a lefty but once you get it he is a beast

He's endgame for me because of evo. I love lefty QBs. He's 100% worth it for the speed imo

From a throwing perspective, Peyton Manning is the best I've used so far - combination of throwing stats + AWR

Vick makes up a lot of the difference as he evolves higher level though. At 100, he'll have much better throwing stats, 99 AWR, 99 THP so I think he'll be the best end game QB (most QBs at 100 should have near max throwing stats so Vick's mobility will be differentiator).

 I've had him for a little over a week now. He's quite good, and obviously can scale until end-game if you want. The only downside is if you're used to throwing a quick out to the right, he can't really do that (i.e. some 2pt plays). I've been able to flip the effected plays and nearly replicate my prior success. Everything other than that type of quick out, I don't notice much difference from righty, and his running and throwing stats are pretty dope. Unless I see some reason to switch to Master Mahomes, Vick will likely be end-game for me.
