is there any way to get more Rudolph, or just luck playing the present assembly and blitz events?

You can also get the banners now doing the 2.5k cheer exchange. It is pretty easy to build cheer up by spamming the Ghost blitz event. However, I will warn you the banner exchange gives you 2x random banners instead of a select choice, so you may end up not getting the ones you need.
