i'm guessing it's going to be the regular LTD cost to evolve Lamar Jackson from 96 to 98 then to 100. It's currently blocked off to stop potential glitches allowing people to upgrade LTD players without having the required materials

Root has him loaded up to 100 so I don't see why he wouldn't.

He's a Ghost and a Video player.

If you look at his pack in store, he is indeed categorized as a Ghost Player.

Hes a ghost as depicted by him being mentioned as the ghost blitz player
