I never said that these two errors were particularly serious, but there is zero hope of EA getting the big things right if they can't get the little things right. The constant lack of QA in a game that still generates significant revenue is frustrating.

It is impossible to believe that the good folks at EA care when silly mistakes are so common. The latest two:
1) On the UF Tight End Challenge event where you have to complete it to the TE in three different challenges, the third challenge uses the flex player. The tight end isn't even on the field.
2) On PA Boot and presumably other plays, when you throw it away the catch boost pops up as the ball is intentionally thrown over the head of the receiver on its way out of bounds.
