- Playing on all pro difficulty vs 600 on down leagues majority of the time.The ducking and the hunting doesn’t make any sense at all to me personally and never will. This is a mobile game no one should have to go to these weak methods just to get ahead or stay where they are. I’m sure this wouldn’t even be an issue if ducking leagues got penalized for their low points for and against(which should matter as much as win %) and the hunt leagues didn’t have a negative effect on the leaderboards as a whole.

Also, the whales are fully addicted to the game. Highly doubtful that if EA makes this move to #stopthehop they'll quit spending. Addicts ain't gonna quit Madden - if whales are spending on this crappy version of the game, I don't think that removing their alt leagues will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

I posted this in another thread, but I think a very reasonable case can be made that league hopping/hunting is costing EA $$$.
Lets assume for a moment that league hoppers are bigger spenders than your average player. I'll give you that I think that's a fair and reasonable assumption (I also think it's a fair and reasonable assumption that people who are willing to exploit loopholes within the game framework are also likely to be players who are willing to exploit the auction house and illicit coin selling sites, but that's another issue and not necessarily important here). Some are arguing that if league hopping were put to an end, that these big spending hoppers would suddenly stop spending or stop playing the game. I find that to be very questionable argument...
EA doesnt care. Look what happened with the bots. Everyone got pissed off about them so they said hey, let's cover our ass, and include them. Now we have OD vs bots for 12 days of Christmas and the 3 matches in the joke, blitz tourny. EA will find a way to use the hop to their advantage.
For what it's worth, I've been told by multiple GCs that EA is aware of the practice and they do NOT condone it. Whether or not they care enough to do anything about it is another question all together.
It would be great if we could get some sort of response from HSD, Price, or really anyone at EA. But they seem to have been radio silent in general lately...

After giving it some thought...I don't think I care anymore. Still bigger issues to fix IMO. Im against it but I really couldn't care less at this point.

Thanks to all those who pointed out that a universal spin time with lineups set in advance would mitigate the issue of timezones. I'm on my phone and can't be bothered to multi-quote, but great thinking!
