Getting pretty damn frustrated
The sliders are turned way up on solo battles so unless you're a decent player you have to resort to safe plays. I'm average at best so I have to keep thing basic. Vikings playbook. Wildcat power when I want to run. Levels sail when I pass. That's all I do and I manage ultimate pretty consistently.
I will be honest that I am not the best Madden player. I stopped playing this game years ago but picked it up and have been enjoying it for the most part since it released. I have built my team up to an 89 OVR and as a Titans fan love that Eddie George and Jevon Kearse are on my team. Now my frustrations start with my team being an 89 OVR and the team I face in Solo Battle is a 78 OVR. I still throw 3 picks. What the hell am I doing wrong? I try to throw the pass high by holding L1 but it seems that my receivers just stop on the play. Any suggestions? Make adjustments? I am using the Saints playbook if that helps.
