Eventually the higher legends will have legends x3 chem.
But that’s still 10 93+ legends you would need on offense.
Pretty useless, IMO. Stick to the base chems

Barry Sanders as an example. You can get Legend Rushing Chemistry. You need 5 for level 1 and 30 for level 6.
How. On Earth. Will we get 30 Legends who can be equipped with Legend Rushing Chem?
