Your welcome all, yeah I should have included what you needed to exchange, which is the base powered down version of the captain and a gold token. Which to me is kind of cheap...I could have saw them making it an elite token for a switch.
I'm thinking about switching to the 3-4 defense. I can't stop nobody with the 4-3, (87 telvin, 86 shaz user, 86 Miles Jack as the linebackers).
I have Sharpe powered up and 91 Travis Kelce, was going to do 2 or 3 TE sets but I don't think that's what I want to do anymore.
Really really tempted to switch to Ray Lewis to be the other MLB in the 3-4. I already have 91 Justin Houston and put him at RE which isn't really working out. So I would just need a better ROLB or keep using telvin and mainly play him in coverage? hmmmm
But on the other hand, defense doesn't seem to matter that much this year and offense really seems more important to invest in, so maybe I should switch to Rice.
I dunno, tough decision but I gotta do one of the 2.

sucks you gotta downgrade to do the set, ur losing what 600-700 TP that u originally used, and then u gotta use double that to PU again, cheap way to removed more TP from the game.
so went and checked, it costs 2210 to upgrade a captain from 75-90ovr to downgrade you will get half that back 1105 and then need to spend that 1105 you had + another 1105 to get him to 90. dang sounds like alot of TP. hope those who do this have alot of TP just layin around.
Was disappointed at first, but after finally upgrading Rice to 91, I wouldn't change my pick .

You have to trade in "base" Captain to get new one. So full downgrade must happen which should include the Captain token.

For anyone that didn’t notice, a Team captain exchange set has been added to the players section of the “Exchange” set. I know a lot of people wanted this feature!
