SBs automatically refresh?

I know the mon-wed-friday schedule. But do they automatically refresh??

I logged in last night to knock out the monday solos and refresh to Wednesday but it said I was already 0-4

 Correct, as long as you go to SB and load them up, you will be able to complete them.
