How / where do u request a refund ?

I'm not sure what to tell you on that because I've never had that happen to me and I have put many hours into the game. I also play on wifi with a slower speed than you.

He’s 6 . He legit didn’t know what he was doing . He thought he was just getting packs , had no idea he was spending my money . I put the cc on file to buy him a game and forgot to take it off and add a password .

Have u tried using a better router? Once I got a nicer router (nighthawk somethin or another) all my lag and connect issues was fixed.

I'm playing from Norway and never heard about that problem. Feel sorry for you, but don't know if this is a problem from EA or your x-box/PS4. As the servers is up for everyone else i'm leaning towards it being a x-box/PS4-problem, but don't know how to know for sure. But don't get your hopes up for any refund unless you can prove whose at fault...

You have to call Sony or Microsoft not EA . My son racked up $350 on madden last year without me knowing on his x box. They said they can do a 1 time refund but that’s it . Best of luck .

If its a refund on Madden then 1st off i wish you best of luck cause you'll need it and of course you'll have to contact EA but again best of luck.
