MUTHEAD & EA’s cards stats

So could anybody tell me why those two cards were allowed the most boost to stats of any other cards? Not only was Lamar a conflict but then they increase his stats in certain departments that much? I’m not saying I don’t like huge boosts but I feel it kinda shorts other GT creators no?
