I feel as though this has been discussed already but I couldn't find a thread so if it has I apologize for re-hashing old stuff.
Anyway, am I the only one who finds it odd that the cover athlete and essentially the center-piece for the whole "GOAT" theme has yet to get a 99 overall card and tier 5 power-up?
I just feel that this should have been done by now.
