ps4 malfunction HELP
I had been playing madden on my couch all evening, hooked up to a computer monitor while watching the world cup.
When I tried to plug it back in to the big screen it says mode not supported and it's flashing. I have tried multiple hdmi cables and nothing is working. HELP!
the problem is I can see the ps4 on my computer screen but I cannot see it on my television, keeps giving me a mode not supported Quote from Quickwig >>

Grabbed this off a ps4 forum for you, hopefully it works out! “Did you correctly enter safe mode? With PS4 off with no lights, hold down power button until there is 2 beeps.
In Safe mode, try "Change resolution", if that fails, try "Restore Default Settings". Avoid "initalize PS4" as that will erase data on PS4, until you have tried everything else.”

check your video Output on your PS4 while still on your monitor switch then power off
Likely have to boot into safe mode and change display settings/ resolution back to a supported format for the tv. Instructions here:
