On Sunday I sat on the auction house waiting for a Julio Jones 93 overall to pop up so I could complete my power up. One finally came up, it was a bit more than what I wanted to spend but I got it because I just wanted it done with. Purchased it from the auction house. Nothing. 323k coins were deducted from my stack but no julio. I contacted customer service and after about 30 minutes the lady told me that she could see the purchase and should be patient for 24 hours because it was likely a sync issue.
I waited 24 hours. Nothing. I got online today because I got off work early and got back in a chat with an EA rep. He read from the same script, the same crappy nonsense. Told me the card was discarded the same day I got it and there was nothing I could do. I said thats not what your rep told me on Sunday. He kept saying he is a gamer too, blah blah blah and he would be upset. Funny the lady on Sunday read from the same script saying the exact same thing word for word how mad she would be since she was a gamer too. I copied and pasted my conversation with the previous agent which made zero mention of it being discarded.
