UL fantasy pack for 500 pts?

 Yep and I just hit level 46 on this account so I guess that makes sense. It also says it expires at level 49. I could have sworn 46 had a regular level up type of pack though (2 LT tokens and then the pack of silver+ and gold+ players).

I was on my farm team and just noticed this. Is this new? Is this one of those packs that's only available to people that have never spent money (which I haven't since this is my farm)?
