Any way to move a Dlineman off the line pre-snap?

i think right before everyone gets on the line you can move them. But you have to be quick , and they don’t move far

I run a 4-3 and when I know someone is abusing the flats I'll put them in flats coverage but they just don't get out there in time. Yesterday I did user pick Levels Sail with Clowney but that was a first, usually I'm just a step behind. Any way I could get them closer to the outside or get them off the line pre-snap?
