Best Defensive Playbook?

I need to change some things around. I keep getting my ass handed to me in online play. Anyone have a good playbook they know of? ive just been using the bronze steelers defense. I see there are gold defenses in the auction house but i dont know what that means

Doesn't really matter, 4-3 or 3-4 but it depends on what you like, all of them work it comes down to adjustments.

I use Ravens.. 90% 3-4 Odd with a bit of Nickel 3-3-5...
