What cards that have power ups have came out and not gotten their power up. I feel EA has been on top of this trash power up promo.
Off the top of my head DRC, Jerrell Freeman, Ramon Foster... there might be a few more. There's a bunch of popular players/historically great MUT Cards that haven't received more than Tier4 (Sherman, Brees, Landry etc) too.

94 Snow Beast Telvin was was a LTD or at least sorta an LTD since he came out of gifts. Jake stein said in the MutMen podcast that they didn’t make LTD cards have powerups since there’s only a limited amount of them in the game and its not something that anyone in the game can do. Older LTD cards don’t pop up often on the market if they had a power up they’re wouldn’t be any on the market after a month of the card not being in packs.
I have two Telvin Smith cards, 92 power up and 94 snow beast. Why has MUT powered up Calais Campbell, Allen Robinson, Bouye, to a tier 5 and not Smith? Another weird thing is Jalen Ramsey Playoff card doesn't get a boost in his overall when I have 12 jags staring. can he get a higher grade than 95?
