Barry Sanders PTR or Toughness?

Deciding to treat myself to a Barry Sanders 98 after grinding my ass off this morning. Can't seem to decide if i should go for toughness or PTR though. my PTR is only tier 2 with barry as I've been getting more go deep and toughness guys on the squad. Go deep is T5 but doesn't really help him much. toughness is T4 right now so should i push for T5 just for the +1 speed?
thanks guys. yeah trying to weigh the speed and little strength over the PTR boosts as I'm still a little out on the toughness chem getting to T5. 97 LT just doesn't get it done for me anymore.

Built him for roughly 800k just now buying his pieces. even thinking about doing PTR trying to sell around 1.1 and buying toughness lol.
PTR by far, brother. The stats it increases for RB's are far superior. people too enamored with that +1 speed.
I had toughness T5 and he was amazing. Pulled PTR for my free 97 UL last week and couldn't pass up the million in coin so I sold toughness and have him at T2 PTR. He is still amazing. I would prefer T5 toughness if I had a choice because +1 speed is nice for the breakaway but the PTR still hasn't been run down once he gets into open field.
