Why can't I get User picks anymore?

 Same here. I used to get picks a lot more consistently, but now it's turned down a lot less for me.

Totally agree nickelz. And it just seems moving around the field usering routes is not as smooth in the last week. Maybe I'm just experiencing some lag. Anyone have any tips on how to make sure your game doesn't lag as much? Maybe delete some files? Any help would be greatly appreciated

They made it so it takes skill this year. Practice, practice, practice...

The window for user lurks seems much smaller than before... I assume you’re talking about lurks and not just User picks where you would switch to the DB after it’s been aimlessly thrown by your opponent and mash the Y button.

as much as even a good, fast MLB helps there don’t seem to be as many crazy “no way he should have picked that” animations. Instead you need to really read the route well and be in the right place for the pick. This year seems to require a lot more precision

You still hold triangle. Just time it, to start holding it down right before you anticipate the throws.
