Yeah that’s the most ridiculous part when I crush Tyrod Taylor three times on the same drive and each time he recovers his own fumble almost immediately

No probably. It's complex. I don't think anyone knocks the sophistication of the product. What we condemn is releasing it in that state. That's always the problem and something to blame on the publishers, not the programmers.

That's the funniest animation in the game. I had my UL Barry recover the ball by using the Force to bring it back to his right arm.

I had a game where I forced 4 fumbles and didn't recover a single one of them, while I fumbled twice and lost both. It's random. Which, by the way, is how it works in the NFL. Fumble recoveries are, by nature, random given the speed of the players and the shape of the ball.
Actually the algorithms, the randomness, and the physics are pretty intense and probably really hard to perfect realistically.
This game is straight up ridiculous ! If i'd have to estimate how many forced fumbles i recover i'd say maybe 2 out of 10 - what is this game ???
