If you user an OLB that is blitzing put everyone in cloud flats... user the drag. By doing that you can either fade back to the long out or you can go after the QB after WR is handed off. The QB has to make a really tight throw into the angle vs two MLBs... this is pick city.
Try cover 4, press, hard flat, and user mlb. Shuts down the run on those pitch plays too. Keep in mind, you need a good user for this
Cover 6 works well if you’re a good user. I’ve seen that play so much I’ve gotten pretty good at baiting the shallow route with my LB before peeling back to the deeper one. My best lurks come on that play.
It usually only works once, but if you pull the flat CB out of position to cover the post route and give up the drag on 1 play, then just stand where the drag is going to end up the next play (and you time it just right), you can bait most players into throwing to the cutting WR and run upfield a second before the throw and jump up for the leaping INT. Its a risky strategy, but its hella satisfying.
43 normal cover 2. Put outside lb into a hard flat. Spy a dt. I put 97 Jason Taylor in at dt for the spy. I will usually user other outside backer at mlb will shoot wham. Other option is cover 6.

I figured there was a weakness, so it might be good once or twice but I definitely felt lucky this guy didn't make those adjustments...But then again he only called 2 plays the whole game.
I had the opportunity to get a lot of practice against this today. I played someone who ran it on almost every play and for almost the whole game I couldn't stop him. I tried putting my 4-3 defensive ends in hard flats but when I did that he would scramble (with Vick of course) for mucho yardage. Then I would try to add in a spy but then he just started running wham every few plays for big chucks of yardage. In the end the coverage I come up with to get a stop and seal the win was:
Cover 3 hard flats (although I adjusted to flats so when he would see my play it just looked like regular cover 3) put CB1 and CB2 into man coverage with the outside receivers spy with fastest DE I'm sure there is a weakness here but with little separation my opponent had to take a little more time allowing me to get a few sacks. If you have any better coverage options then let us all know.
