Does Beast Mode hit 99 overall?

Hi mate! Honestly, he's not really too slow. I was able to make just as many long range TDs over WL as I previously had with Barry or Tomlinson. He actually gets really nice separation once he hits the open field: literally the living embodiment of "downhill running" !! :D

Plus I ran with conservative for all 25 games, at least 15 runs a game, and he didn't fumble once :) He nearly always, falls forward. It's awesome.

Does anyone have Beast Mode maxed to Tier 5 Pound the Rock? And is he a 99 overall without any other motivators / Raiders / Madden, please?
