i want to get a few players that haven’t been powered up in a while in anticipation for their next power up. Unfortunately some of them are Hero’s and their are barely enough hero 80 cards to complete the sets. Will the drop hero, or totw cards eventually out of power ups? Not sure if they have done that I’m years past, haven’t played before this year
